Slow down there guy, I have said numerous times I hate these cards. The question was asked if BGS will grade them and they will but will include some kinda of mention of no serial number on the label. I saw a ton of these at the shows and wanted nothing to do with them prompting me to talk with BGS about them. 100's of these 06 BC golds and Bowman Sterlings golds/10 have surfaced lately. Topps dont wanna talk about them for obvious reasons. Its a crock.

Chris I talked with BGS about these cards. They said they will grade them but they will put no number on the slab if I remember correctly.

lol, topps and beckett told him it was real

what a load

so what, just because they would grade them doesn't make them real (Topps standards). the story is bs, i bet if you contact topps they wouldn't say it is legit, i bet it's a stolen card from their replacements pile, they number them to match the returned card, no number means the process wasn't completed. You should contact Topps and see what they say, if they say the card wasn't officially released like that the seller lied in his description, either way open a snad claim right after.

Have others of this card surfaced that were not serial numbered? Maybe the unnumbered version of this gold refractor may be a 1/1 or much rarer than numbered versions.

All I know is, it's pretty lame that a company with all these troubling problems is now the single licensee for ML baseball cards. ::facepalm::

Agreed, it really makes me question the legitimacy of a lot of my collection.

Josh- keep up updated and good luck buddy

id like to know how he got them all. he sold a gamel, maybin, hellickson, andrus (which didn't go for much at all), feldman, alcides, blanks, yovanni, etc.

edit: i was just looking at his highest price ones. i search by lowest price and he practically had the whole set.

The seller works for Wolverin24, so take out of that what you will.

PayPal decided that I could return the card for a refund. Sent it out today with DC, so hopefully I get my refund soon!

I'm hoping I can get some help with this. As you know, I sent the Sandoval back yesterday. PayPal said they would refund my money as soon as I provided them with a Delivery Confirmation number. Well I just got two emails... One is from PayPal and the other is from "unknown". The one from PayPal says "Because you reported that this claim has been amicably resolved, this case
has been closed." As far as I know, I never reported that the case has been resolved, and I never received my refund. The one from "unknown" says "The claim does not fall under PayPal's definition of Significantly Not as Described and therefore does not qualify for a refund. This case is considered closed." If anyone knows what's going on here, it would really be helpful.
