There has been rumblings that they signed a few exclusives, though I dont think its for football. The announcement should be for Basketball, to prevent non-licensed products from producing cards from Blake Griffin and the likes.

I would hope they're not announcing an exclusive football license or something like that...or an exclusive contract with one of the guys I collect. They have yet to earn my business, and disappointed me to a point so far on some purchases.

I think its a dumb move. They already grossly overpaid for the license, now they are spending more money to get these exclusive licenses, when UD can still kick their ass just by having the big three (MJ, Bron, Kobe) in a crap product.

Plus, there is word that Donini is having a tough time getting products ordered. No one believes they will be any good.
