I had in a 2007 Leaf R&S rookie auto patch for arron ross i think. After almost two years they sent me my replacement. Ready for this an antrelle rolle playoff signatures silver auto non numbered. I tried looking the card up and could not find it on beckett. I messaged Panini through their website asking what the card was from. They told me it was a set they made specifically for replacing redemptions and to coincide with their policy of replacing with equal beckett value they were working with beckett to get the cards listed. Obviously i was not happy at all. I asked how this followed policy based on equal beckett value when they weren;t listed. I also explained how as collectors most of us want PACK PULLED autos not specially made ones. The rep told me to send in a letter with the card and to ask for some packs to cover the cost of shipping. I sent in a nice letter explaining how i collected Giants and had no use for the Rolle auto. I asked them to call me with any issues and gave my cell phone number. I mailed it out on saturday last week. I got a call while at work on thursday from a weird number, I answered and it was panini. He explained that he had no other giants from that set but was able to find a card I may like out of their stock of expired redemptions. He took the time to make sure i would be happy with the replacement before sending out. He even told me what number the card was in the run. I was just so happy with the level of service i didn;t even put two and two together until this morning when my package arrived (That's right two days after calling me, they got this stuff out immediately) They sent me two packs of 07 R&S, no hits, both thin packs but can't complain for free. Then i realized what i should have realized on the phone The serial numbering of the card is my guys jersey number!!!!!! 2005 Absolute tools of the trade jersey auto...

I always liked Donruss, and wasn;t sure what to expect with Panini. They have my vote of confidence, they are definately willing to treat their customers with the utmost care and respect ( Just be nice to them from the get go. I may have not been happy at first but i was never mean or rude to them).
