Another batch of ridiculous redemptions for their loyal followers.

NBA All-Star Blake Griffin Signs Exclusive Multi-Year Deal with Panini America

Panini is so lazy and full of crap! Their CS is the worst in the business.

There are probably plenty of complaints against Panini just like every other company, but my experience has them by far the best experience in terms of fulfilling redemptions and customer support help.

Agreed I have had better luck with them than the other companies

“Panini America will forever hold a special place for me because it’s the company that helped make a dream come true by producing my first NBA trading cards,” Griffin said. “The opportunity to join the Panini family and work with a company that is at the forefront of innovation and has reinvigorated the trading card category is special.”

Does anyone really think Blake Griffin put that statement together? It should read 'This company decided to give me a bunch of money to sign some stuff so I said ok.'

could not agree more !
absolute trash !!
with folks waiting on redemptions from their 'main' spokesperson, they put live autos into the latest release !?!? COME ON !!
how do they sleep at night (very well i reckon, on a mattress full of cash !) what a joke !
save the local card shop ?
i got 98% of my wax there, but now i vote with my wallet and refuse to purchase ANY Panini product. too bad cuz i am nearly exclusively hoops. i feel bad, lcs is a GREAT guy, says he understands, but...

joke is on them !!! (bet they don't get it, yet)

can't piss in my face and tell me it's raining

I still don't understand the Panini Hatred

Their Products are like 10 times better than topps products where you got a million hits which were all worthless

Upper Deck the final years to get a box where the rc auto was worth something you had to pay around 120 a box

I was as mad as anyone when Panini got an exclusive deal, but I think it so far has been good for the hobby (by eliminating topps)

i don't have a problem with their pricing
i don't have a problem with their content, excepting redemptions (every box can't have a griffin auto or a wall auto, you pays your dollar and you takes your chance)
my problem is with their actions and their attitude
they fill their product with redemptions, then whine about how tough it is to fulfill them. did they think the redemptions would mail themselves to the customers ?
and dare ask for a replacement ! why bother even stating a policy
i do understand getting players to honor THEIR obligations is not always easy, BUT they should have some mechanism in place when signings don't occur. and when/if they DO take place, don't they owe them to folks who are waiting, instead of putting them into the latest releases ?
they seem to think if they ignore the problem it will go away; guess what - I did !
at least i won't be busting any of those AWESOME gold brick boxes
style (really?) over substance, a winning strategy every time

much like our elected officials down in DC, but i AIN'T goin there !!!

UD never had redemption issues, huh. Jeez, some folkscan't be in this hobby withour complaining and crying. Panini has the best CS in this hobby, by far. Evry card comapny had redemptions......even UD had Jordan redemptions......you can leave the Panini stuff for the rest of us and continue purchasing all those hot UD college jersey products.

PLEASE!

Try Calling them.
Try Emailing Them.
Try getting a response back on your account inquire.

Unhappy customers outnumber their happy customers 3-1 on their facebook page.
ALL are complaints with redemptions & their HORRIBLE CS.

lmao have you opened any panini product? patches shouldn't be one color (white), and veteran base autos /99 shouldn't be case hits. topps atleast put out decent looking products versus panini's shiny, boxy garbage

All topps did was put a billion autos in their products which were all low #ed with a thousand different variations where no cards sold for anything

i hate some panini designs (this year's contenders especially), but some of their designs are great (last year's contenders, classics and crown royale)

thier basketball releases overall have been terrible. Contenders anyone?

As for being better than topps, they have an exclusive. If the NBA let Topps do Bowman /w chrome and Topps w/Chrome they would KILL PANINI!

Topps does those well and people LOVE refractors. Have you noticed the prices on the last Toops chrome produced? wow!

Panini has done fine with NBA. Problem with redemption is with players. NBA life style does not include sitting down and signing stuff. Was funny when Panini showed Gasol signing video, seemed that odom and Kobe blew it off. Has to be a nightmare to try and get these guys to sit down and sign for any length of time.

The do have other priorities, but if the companies start holding the Player Associations liable [probably can't] some of this would stop. No Sigs not money. Most of the star players could care less, but some of these mid-level to low level rookies who don't sign is crazy. I have about 20 or so redemptions in the que and I hope I get them redeemed.

That is good they did get Kobe. He probably didn't want Hack bugging him during signing. They made it seem at Gasol signing he was supposed to be there for dual autos. Kobe must be getting a mint from Panini. Have Odom autos started hitting?

Regardless of the sport or set, their customer service, email response, phone response and site correspondence is horrific and a slap to the collectors face.

Again, check out all the great posts on their facebook from their hundreds of dissatisfied customers that they blow off.
