Patch Experts: Where is this from?

I'm sure a little research and I could figure it out, but I'm lazy and I know someone here will know.
Anyhow, I pulled this from a 2010 Topps Jumbo today. It's not a "fabric" patch, rather kind of a silk screen (think Futures Game patch):

Not an expert at all but it reminds me of Yankee Stadium; when I saw the patch I thought of the design on the front of the 2008 UD Spectrum Retrospectrum Derek Jeter insert set.

#1 - My patch isn't "cloth", it's silk screen.
#2 - My patch has a flag coming off one of the pillars. These didn't.
#3 - The positioning of the red/orange in my patch doesn't match up to the 2008 All-Star patch.

I'm wondering now if this might be a home run derby patch? It says "game-worn" on the back, but we all know how accurate that is.

Its the majestic tag on the bottom of the jersey. There have been a handful pulled on here, most notably the Ryan Braun that was recently pulled by one of our ladaaay collectors.
