Got in my best shipment from COMC to date: all my patch pickups, a whole bunch of PC GU, and some of the scarcer/High BV/low #'ed inserts I've picked up:

Maildays like these are why I love COMC.

Nice electric rainbows from UD 40 man. I got lucky as Burbank had a nice chunk of the Bagwells I needed. Also loving the Baldelli patches.

Thanks, every now and then I'll pick one of those Electric Rainbows up; the Angels TC was a "secret" Glaus (not listed as Glaus, but there he is), I was thrilled to pick it up each. Nice looking cards, too bad UD wasn't around to make a set like 40 Man anymore (I'd buy the crap out of it).

That's definitely a PC card. My Glaus collection is pretty good (~1100) but it comes in a distant third to Thumper and Bighurtcollector here. Those Glaus PCs make me look like a real amateur! :D

WoW~! Love all the patches!!

Thanks! I've never pulled a patch from a pack before, so it's nice to be able to get a decent collection of them cheaply. I like how Fleer and DLP used to do it, where ordinary GU sets would have patches randomly thrown on the cards instead of plain old grey or white swatches. Plus, with the players that I collect, the odds of having to deal with a fake patch are very very slim (who the hell would go through the effort to fake a Jeromy Burnitz patch???)

My main collection are my PC players, which the new forum won't allow me to list in my sig as it did in the old forum. Vintage is the secondary collection, putting together 1971 and 1975 Topps sets. The patch collection is a new one, anytime I see a cool patch that's interesting and cheap, I grab it (even if it isn't a PC player). Gotta keep things interesting!
