It's pretty early. Mid 90's.

It's not authenticated so I wouldn't pay that much. $100 would be about my top price buying it from a thrift store.

Feel free to profit off me. $50 is a good deal. I've gotten a few ball like this off ebay for $50-$70. I don't have one exactly like that one on the sweet spot so I would do $100 for sure.
