Instead of printing the usual 1/2 page labels they are now printing more like 1/4 or 1/5 size labels. They still work but its pretty irritating and looks dumb on big packages. This ever happen to anyone? I've been scaling i up to 160% to get it to print normal size but its a hassle.

Well it prints the receipt too, also mini sized. You can do it intentionally by scaling printing. However its doing it on its own when I have the scale at 100%.

Printing the receipt is an option. You can turn this off in your preferences.

I think you have to print the receipt (but I think it is valuable in the sense that I have on hand the delivery confirmation tracking #). The problem I've had with printing the receipt is that it would use up the other shipping label...So awhile back I began tearing sheets of copying paper in half (evenly from top to bottom), then I tape 1 of the halves over the bottom half of the label sheet (so that it covers where the receipt will be printed)- I use 3 very thin/small piece's of tape & make sure it is flat & even to then exact middle of the part of the label sheet where the 2 stickers seperate. Now the shipping label paper will have the top part uncovered & the bottom half (where the receipt is printed) is covered by a halfed blank piece of copy paper. Now you just put it in the printer/scanner as you normally would (you have to make sure that you didn't tape the halved piece of copy paper onto the top part that the shipping label is printed on- the bottom half is the half that the receipt is printed on & that should be covered by your blank piece of paper) & when it prints out you can peel the shipping label off & stick it to the package. What you will have left is a half-unused piece of label sticker (once you snip off the piece of paper you covered over that bottom section, because now it should have your receipt printed on it & you can save it for your record's & reuse the shipping label that you saved underneath)! Basically this way you are getting the actual amount of shipping labels that the package states, instead of getting halve shipping labels & half receipts (in a 100 count box of label's, when using Paypal you usually only end up with 50 label's & 50 receipt's...but if you do what I wrote above you will get the 100 label's out of your 100 label's)! It was somewhat difficult to explain so if anyone is confused you can pm me & I'll try to explain it better! :D

I can't find the preference to turn off receipts.

When printing a label, fill out the page that asks you for the package size and type. The next page will be the confirmation page. On this page, click on "edit printer settings" near the bottom of the page. The next page will allow you to turn off receipts and save that setting. It's tricky and tooke me a while to find myself but has saved me bundles on shipping labels.

That is incredibly tricky. Thanks.

Any idea why they are printing smaller than usual?

That I have no clue about. I haven't printed any labels today so I'm not sure if it's a widespread problem.

I print out my labels without a receipt at 70% to fit nicely on the 000 buble mailers..

step 1 - when you select print label from paypal this window comes up so select the preferences button.

when the next screen comes up select the effects tab at the top and put in 70% in the "fit to page" area..

then when you select ok, this window comes up and make sure you select the pages radio button and key in "1"

trim the label and here is the result..
