PayPal Problem

I sold a card for 250 via paypal, and I sent w/priority like the guy requested. I sent Monday as agreed upon. He just filed a dispute today. So, I have more money locked up than I have in my account (guess that means I'm negative?).
How can you track a priority package and how do i proceed?

Did you send it with SIGNATURE confirmation and/or insurance?

For $250 you have to get signature confirmation to be protected by paypal

When will sellers learn to read the seller protection policy on paypal? If you did not send with signature confirmation say goodbye to your 250. Tough lesson to learn.
