I won a claim, and returned the item on eBay (item not as described). The guy received on June 5th I believe (maybe 6th at the latest, I think).
I STILL have not been contacted by PayPal, and my money hasn't been refunded, yet. Should I be worried?

Thanks,
JG

Re: PayPal Question

Don't worry. As long as U have Delivery Confirmation prove that U return the item, Paypal will deposit the money back to your account. If the seller don't have any money in their account than U have to wait or do a charge back for your credit card. Ok I'll take a thanks for the info.

Ok, and thanks will be given ;)
I entered the delivery confirmation the day I sent out the package. The seller is a good guy (only after he realized he lost the claim  ::facepalm:: ), and he is still active on EBay (selling), so the money in the account isn't the issue. Don't the funds get frozen anyway during disputes?

Thanks,
JG

I've never made a claim with Paypal but I don't think entering the delivery confirmation the day you mail it is gonna be much good. Does the package actually show it was delivered? Maybe you have to let Paypal know now that it has been delivered if the confirmation now says it has been

How do I contact paypal? It won't let me through the transaction. And, yes it shows delivered. I can prove it to you if you want. ;)

Re: PayPal Question

PayPal responded, but this is what they said. I'm freaking out right now. I don't want a partial refund, I indicated full refund.
"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favor.

You have indicated that a partial refund of $165.73 USD would be
satisfactory"

Call them. Their web support blows, but I've had success when talking to someone over the phone.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I received this too late to call. They never emailed me about the refund, but I checked my PayPal account, and it was a FULL one. Well, it gave me a bit of a scare, but it was nonetheless resolved. I thank everyone for responding. I love how everyone on here helps out those with questions. Should I give a Positive for the seller, even though he never mentioned the flaw on the card (this was why I disputed the transaction)?

Thanks,
JG

If you're satisfied with how the whole transaction went, including the refund, I would leave a positive.

use your credit card never worry about this again
You're saying I should just back my paypal with my CC and keep my balance on zero at all times? Or is there an option to pay with a CC even if there is a PayPal balance?
