I changed my paypal address today and still have 3 unpaid invoices out their, my question is if they pay tonight will the money go to the new or old account?

If they were from an Ebay auction, they will go to whatever address was linked to that auction.

If you did not delete the email address, it should be fine...
You should keep the old email address on there and just make your new email the primary email address..
