I want to enter in my own delivery address...I know it can be done.....JVC sent me a link and it set me up with a blank template and it worked perfect. Thoughts?

I'm not sure what your questions is. Do you not have the link JVC sent you anymore and you are trying to find it again? If so you want Paypal Multi Order Shipping that is under the "Paypal Shipping Center" in "Merchant Services".
