Paypal Question

I just sold a high end card for $425 that I'm trying to ship. I go to the transaction details from where the buyer paid me $425 on my paypal summary page and I see that the buyers address is confirmed. I then print off the label with signature confirmation and insurance. After I print the label off, I go to that transactions details page (the transaction where I paid the postage which cost $10+). This time, on this page, it is showing the buyers address as an unconfirmed residential address, yet it is the exact same address that says confirmed on the transaction details page from where the buyer paid me. Am I still protected? This is bizarre. I've never seen something like this before.

Happened to me before. Apparently has been happening a good bit lately.

I've been able to fix it before by analyzing the spaces in the fields. sometimes people have extra spaces or not enough between the street name and the st abbreviation, and stupid stuff like that will mess it up.

Don't know about being protected though. I would hope so.

Can't say I know why it's happening but I was on the other end, kind of, with it about two weeks ago. I paid for an item and when I went to pay, it told me that the seller does not ship to unconfirmed addresses. I checked every which way I could on Paypal and it said my address was confirmed. I then called them and told them the story to which they said that my address is showing as confirmed as I thought to myself, "no kidding cupcake, I just told you that".

I tried about 1/2 an hour later and the payment went through without a hitch. I don't think you'll have an issue as I believe Paypal is just having some issues somewhere along the line.
