paypal question

I just sold my first card on ebay. From what I gather, my payment I received will be held until the buyer receives it and gives feedback. Now, since I have this balance in my paypal from this, is that the only way i can pay for something? I went through it and it does not have my credit card as an option to pay like it usually does, though it is still linked to my paypal. Thanks!

If you have a paypal balance that's all you can use until it hits zero again. Kind of annoying to have to keep transferring it to your bank account if you want to pay via some other means.

Easy fix. Just set up another Paypal account.

how do i transfer the balance to my bank account? or do i have to wait until i receive positive feedback?
