Paypal random holds on payments

Just a helpful hint to ebay sellers. This may be old news but if Paypal ever places a random 21 day hold on a payment you receive all you have to do is refund .01 to the buyer and paypal automatically releases the hold. BIG THANKS TO PAYPAL FOR MAKING LIFE EASIER FOR ALL OF US!!!

Paypal "randomly" held two payments that I recieved today. I have 100% positive feedback. Paypal randomly holds payments now to protect buyers from dishonest sellers. Cost me .02 to get my money. It's just a pain to have to refund money to be able to spend MY money.

I read the fine print about how and when the hold will be released. Sometimes you have to be smarter than the people who wrote the rules. The funny thing is that when you send someone a penny they get charged a penny service fee. Paypal holds funds to "protect buyers" but they will release the funds if you offer a .01 bribe. You can bribe a billion dollar corporation for a penny.

I really hope that someone sues the hell out of paypal for this because it's such an inconvenience to all the sellers who are doing everything right.
