So usually I don't go through PP for shipping labels unless I need to ship overseas or need insurance because I get a decent shipping discount through my job.

I bought a label to Taiwan on Saturday and plan on dropping the package into my work mailbox tomorrow. Now, I've been reading that the USPS is getting all tough on the mail carrier not getting the package the day that the label was printed. Now, I'm debating cancelling the paid postage and printing out another label tomorrow.

Or do you think it's even worth it? It'll already look bad if I cancel it and another tracking number shows up to the buyer two days later.
Do any of you guys have experience with packages not being accepted or returned, international or domestic, when you didn't ship the day of your paid postage date through paypal?

I've never had a problem if I dropped off a package a day late or a day early, but I always thought any package going overseas needed a customs form attached to it?

Paypal prints the shipping label with the customs form attached to it.

I've never had an issue with printing labels and shipping them out a different day, and it's almost always what ends up happening with me. Usually print the labels the night of getting payment or the next day, and drop everything off when I get a chance to run to the PO

Thanks for the replies. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal.. especially if it was printed on the weekend.

Maybe a couple people got pissed off po workers one day.

Whenever I print on the weekend, or even after 5pm on a weekday, paypal usually defaults the printed date to the next day on the label. Did u check what was printed?

Just go drop that in the box and move on. Since they don't pick-up on Sunday I hardly think this should be an issue, about when they pick-up.
