Paypal Shipping Label Question

I've never used the shipping labels you can print of from Paypal for shipping my ebay items before, but I decided to give them a go this time. I've got a quick question though: What service type do I use? I've never really payed attention before when I've had them do this for me at the post office.

I use First Class mail, large envelope, 2-5 days and haven't had a problem. Ends up being around $1.75-$2.50 for individual sales

So 'First Class Mail Parcel' and then 'Package/Thick Envelope'?
