Paypal Shipping "Your Holiday Savings". Shipping increase?

Anyone notice this while shipping through Paypal?

I did a 3 oz shipping label through Paypal shipping and it says that the shipping cost is $2.07, but with my "Holiday Savings" it is $1.69, which is what it has been forever.

Is the "Holiday Savings" just the difference between what I would pay at the PO ($2.07) and what Paypal shipping is ($1.69).

If that is the case, what is going to happen after the "Holidays"? Is it going to go up to the same cost as the PO?

I saw that to. Looks like postage is going up about 30 or 40 cents but eBay is knocking it back down to the original shipping prices. Might be time to slow down on selling for me.

I've noticed it , and wouldn't be surprised to see an increase. Prob still below going to the PO, but probably some increase to get closer to full store pricing.
