Looks like the guy bought 3 cases worth... and hit 2 Rose-isms.... looks like every other case has one.... so super tough pulls. Guy thought it was a $200 hit when he first listed it.

I bought my box for the auto since I don't have a Rose auto not for profit. If I hit a winner all the better.

I also bought a box to add a Rose on card auto to my PC. (Figured these cards would take off in price)
After checking out the bay I should have just picked up a single I liked! ::facepalm::

EDIT: "I like" meaning a auto card with him turned so you cant see the airbrushing (plain helmet/jersey).

not every day you can "get back" at least half or more on a single box.

it doesn't seem like there's that monster hit. however, for the $, it's an awesome product

quick thought on leaf pete rose so far..

as far as i can tell, these are doing great in the secondary market (ebay)

i am, however, noticing that there's only like 60+ auctions running. that's it.

110+ completed but that data is misleading since the bin auctions became running auctions from the same sellers on some cases

i don't think it's the lack of the boxes not moving but could it be that like some of us, what is pulled will be kept?

figured we'd see a lot more live by now..

I agree, I think this product more than any other will not be opened to be resold. Obviously some will, but with a product like this, you basically know what you are getting, just a matter of how low it is numbered or if it has something else other than an auto on it. I have 2 boxes coming that I got for $62.50. I will probably sell the better of the 2 and just keep the cheaper one for myself. Saying that I will probably get 2 plain auto's out of 30!

What do you think the trip to Vegas and Hitting lesson with Rose card will be worth?

if these were $60ish per box? that's a GREAT box price...it really is. maybe the ending prices are the way they are BECAUSE of the lack of these on ebay. had it been flooded with 300+ rose leaf autos, end prices would be way lower on most

as far as the vegas trip for hitting lesson, as long as his gf is there, PRICELESS!
