Phone call from Steiner???

Just got a phone call from a number and area code I didn't recognize, so I let it go to voicemail. It was a guy from Steiner sports calling, saying he just wanted to follow up on an order I recently placed. My only recent order was an Aaron ball, which I already received. Do they normally do follow-up calls like this with their customers?
