Pics from the Western PA Sports Museum

The wife and I had off today and the Stanley Cup along with other hockey trophies are at the museum this weekend, so we decided to go down to see them and the rest of the museum. There's also a history museum, so I also took a few pics while we were in there. The battery died in the camera when we were about 1/2 way through, so we had to use our cell phone cameras the rest of the way. :benson:

Wow, sweet photos. I'm not sure how George W's dentures fit in with sports, but that's still amazing.

Who does the Miami U track outfit belong to?

I think the overall highlight is the Tony Dorsett uniform . That PA QB map was also pretty cool. I made out a couple of names on it I forgot about.

Now for the stupid question...where is the Western PA Sports Museum? It would be fun to take a ride out to it sometime maybe.

Magnet - there is a regular history museum there, with stuff about US history. The Miami track outfit is from Lauryn Williams. She's from Rochester, which is about 10 minutes from downtown.

The museum is in a part of the city called the strip district. It's not far from the convention center. When you come to the Miami game, you should stop by there, you would like it, minus all of the Steeler stuff of course.
