Well the good news is as far as shoulder injuries go this is about the best case. No rotator cuff or capsule damage, scope, not a large invasive surgery. Sucks, but at least it's not worse and he's really young. I'm just hoping he doesn't sit around during recovery time eating Cap'n Crunch.

Labrum surgery quite often ends careers. Plus, Pineda is effective because he has 95+ MPH in his arm. If he doesn't get that back, he probably will never be a top of the rotation guy again.

yeh for sure. anyways, i was just pointing out some take the forums too seriously. nice pedroia collection btw, got any 1/1's? his stuff has gone up in price a lot the past year or so to the point he is catching the prices of the dude who never plays (ellsbury)

I really wonder if Seattle knew something was amiss with Pineda. In response to people dumping his stuff, why? I would just hold until he gets back. I would rather get something than the pretty-much-nothing you will most likely get now. The kid is young enough to pitch again.
