Do an eBay completed search by highest first.

But despite how well many have sold, there's no question that sellers are losing money (and most buyers have no idea what they are looking at) because panini hasn't released info on the scarcity of these and other inserts from this set.

Unless im missing something, these are some of the highest selling non numbered, non gu, non auto cards in a while.

Any thoughts on Panini pumping these auctions?

Not to throw out a wild conspiracy theory, but they were the first to really report these auction prices...something card companies have never really done.

Regardless, just seems strange for a market that has been pretty resistant to Panini's offerings (minus National Treasures).

Wouldn't shock me at all. I'd like to see how Pinnacle wax sales are doing now as well.

The tiers of scarcity were released.

Can you point it out? Couldn't find anything.

I have knowledge of the breakdown of the inserts and which are "rarer" but nothing definitive released by panini, especially regarding numbers produced.

Seems to me like they follow the usual Panini color for inserts.

Red or Blue #/100 or #/200
Purple #/49 or #/99?
Green #/25? #/5?
Black 1/1

My lcs owner has been able to sell 5 packs so far out of the 2 boxes he has on display.

The picture of Strasburg on the front in the generic airbrushed uniform did not make me want to buy any.

Someone snagged the Rickey Home Run for $76-$99. I made and offer of $75 the BIN was $99. I should have jumped on it.

I also have not seen a print run released and have been holding mine in hopes of seeing the numbers

I did some math fun to figure odds these are very rough numbers off eBay completed sales I through out wins and singles because don't think they always list those. But there were 514 completed sales of doubles and complete games combines at 1 per box per panini. That makes 167 complete triple/shut outs come to 1 every 3 boxes, 48 home run/no hitters 1 in every 11 boxes, and 3 cycle/perfect games 1 in every 171 boxes.

Certainly not exact numbers but take them as a rough estimate those cycles are tough ones.
