You are vastly underestimating the quality of community college baseball programs....

Or, on the other hand, greatly overestimating the quality of the pirates minor league system.

i43770 said:Some MLB teams send players to CC after they draft them out of high school. I know that happened to a guy who went to my high school. They use it as a sub-minor league system, so they don't have to pay the player, but can get him some experience.
