I'm sure a LOT more players smoke or do other drugs. Just because Lincecum was the only one who got caught, doesn't mean he is the only one smoking weed. He probably doesn't do it during the season anyways? Isn't that a banned substance?

Yes but they only test for weed during the season if your in the substance abuse program.
