It would be a case by case scenario for me (when feedback is concerned). If the item in question was a "steal" & you think you could have immediately flipped it for a nice profit, then his poor judgement caused you a financial loss when there could have been a gain (as I wrote, it is a case by case scenario & I doubt the $6 purchase was "flip-worthy" to the point that it caused you a notable amount of loss that would call for you to leave a neg. or neut.). But I have had instances where that amount of investment was worth $45-$50 instantly so you will have to be the judge (being as I don't know the item in question). Anyhow, I'd give em' a positive & maybe knock him on the DSR's & give an explanation as to what occurred, while noting that you did receive a refund! Just my opinion though... Happy New Year bud! :D

The above response cost him a chance at a positive. The refund without me going through the chargeback cost him a chance at a negative.
