Player Collectors: 2014 Card Counts?

I just counted today I have picked up 75 new Randy Johnson cards from 2014 products so far. If he's included in Tek next month I think I can break 100 when all is said & done at year's end. Included are 10 autos & 3 1of1s. This is the first year since 2009 RJ has had a meaningful presence in Topps products.

Player collectors, how many cards have you picked up this year?? Interested to see what active players are getting up to?

Albert Belle has had 95 total cards released in 2014 which are recognized by Beckett. I own 69 of those today with three incoming, so I'll have 72 of them by the weekend. Likely I'll quickly pick up another half dozen of those left but the balance will be 1/1 cards or printing plates, etc. so they may take longer.

I'm assuming he will continue to show up in releases and the rat race will continue

I have 217 of the 298 Mariano Rivera cards on the Beckett list for 2014. The ones I need are almost all 1/1's and a few I strongly suspect were not pack issued.

There are a bunch of Mo's in the Topps Update set which haven't been added to Beckett's checklist yet.

He retired last year but there are just as many cards in 2014 as there were in 2013 and there are A LOT more autos.

I've picked up three of Olerud's ten 2014 cards. He only appeared in Archives and I have purchased the base card, Deckle, and base auto.

Grady Sizemore, after zero cards in 2013, so far has appeared in Donruss series 2 and Topps Chrome. I think there were 4 and 11 parallels, respectively, so 17 new cards, total. Also, he was very quickly inserted into the Lehigh Valley IronPigs minor league team set when the Phillies picked him up. Pretty sweet card, that. I have managed to acquire all of them except for the Topps Chrome Superfractor. It's unlikely he gets any more cards this year unless he sneaks into the Heritage High Numbers.

And naturally the day after I wrote that he shows up in Topps Update. So that's at least 5 more. Yay.

Mark Grace has 15 total 2014 cards. 13 of the 15 are autographs, 8 are numbered 10 or less, and 3 of those are 1 of 1s. I have 7 out of 15, but most the ones I'm missing are Immaculate autos I've been waiting to come down in price some.
