Player collectors, your favorite set/brand?

I have all ways loved the Upper Deck Premier set.

There is a variety of different auto sub sets and every card is well designed.

So there is mine, what is yours?

Finest. If only Oswalt had stuff from the 90s. I like the design this year, although the last two years have been weaker. 2005 was the standout year.

Topps Heritage.
I like seeing my favorite current players on vintage Topps designs.

I really like the Topps Fan Favorite sets especially since O'Neill had a card in each of the three years. I feel it was a set that had it all.... a vintage Topps theme with refractors (even gold ones), on card autos, and GU.

Unfortunately, I am missing quite a bit of cards from those sets, but it is still my favorite run. Here are the base:

I second 2008 UD Premier. One of my favorite sets of all time, along with 2005 Prime Patches.

Actually he has like 4 cards in the set, but none of the Jumbo patches or multi game used cards.

My favorite recent set is, by far, 2005 UD Heroes. It's a player collector's treasure chest. Great design, good parallels, on-card autos and nice patches.
