He wanted the boards undivided attention before and he wants it now again. Just now he isn't starting a ton of mundane topics just to get his name out there.
The only problem with this constant reporting is it will not accomplish anything long term. It has been done before he has been removed and he just opens another account in one of the 75 dopes names he rolls with at card shows. While it may jam him up a bit without the authorities this is honestly pointless. Ebay has said they are watching him several times over the years and we see how thats gone.

eBay wont remove burge because he brings in ALOT of money for them.
But, because of the large volume he sells, he gives them a large volume of fees.
That is the most logical answer as to why he hasnt been removed by now.
Not to mention, it's very hard (well, not hard, but time-consuming) to prove alot of the cards he has are fake. Even moreso if they are slabbed because eBay has their list of certified companies.
Think about it...If he was a guy who sold 10 items a month, they would've had him down years ago, but, he sells alot, and alot of high dollar cards. They get their money, and most people never put 2 and 2 together.
