Please help me with my Seahawks collection!

Chris, good luck getting the Okung contenders auto. I check ebay pretty frequently, when I'm not stuck in the OR or doing other ward work, which is probably a good 5-6 times a day and sometimes more. That first BIN got hit before I ever knew it was posted (obviously I would've just hit it, even knowing without knowing it was a SP). I was lucky enough to get the $37 one before it was widely known how short the card was, and the seller actually shipped it to me. I'd be more than happy to stay on the look out for you, just let me know. I've been especially swamped with school and family stuff, but I'm always hunting for your seahawks collection. Sadly mine has dwindled to essentially only collecting Okung.

edit: I'm sure you're well aware by now, but the "SP Checklist" was released today, and the Okung isn't -that- rare. My guess is that the blasters are loaded up with these guys. Prices should come down!

Great to hear from you Aaron! I figured you had cashed in early. I tried to get one the other day but was outbid at the end. There are 3 more auctions up and I'm watching all three just hoping I can snag on for under $100. Sadly for me, I believe the SP numbers are going to get released before any of those auctions end.

Did that card shop ever budge off the price tag for that Obomanu? Sometimes I wish people would understand that even if that card was up in Washington, in the heart of Seahawks central, it gets no more than $20.

No the seller never came off of the retarded price. The site only allows two offers, and they never responded or got back to me. I have a hunch that the seller doesn't actually have the card any longer. Blah.

I edited my previous post, and I expect the Okung Contenders autos to come down quite a bit now, which is good for both of us - Not that I didn't want the one I had to be valuable, but I would obviously love to pick more up on the cheap

updated! Finally got a Red Bryant Topps Black so he is complete plus a rare Josh Wilson is on the way!
