The guys that you had high hopes coming into the season, bought a bunch of their cards and they basically flopped or are having a sub-par season...

My list:

Nick Noonan (what's up with him?)
Mike Moustakas (I'm looking for a second half surge just like last year)
Jordan Walden (injury issues but hasn't been dominant)

Who you got?

Without a doubt...

Chris Nelson --> Started the season on a good note, then hurt his wrist and done for the season. Completely frustrating.

Honorable Mention (non-prospect)

Howie Kendrick --> All the ability to be an elite hitter in the majors, but presses too much sometimes at the plate. Got sent down for a while.

Michael Main, although he is still ridiculously young and has plenty of time to develop. I think the bar was set a little too high for him this season...

Yup, Main for me as well.

I thought Plouffe had an outside chance to make the Twins' roster this year, but it doesn't look like it at this point. He's driving in some runs, flashing a little power, but he needs to raise his average big time. For better or worse, his cards reflect his performance. Hopefully he picks it up this summer...he's only 23.
