it's from a 1987-88 team calendar given away at the first home game of the '87 season. I have misplaced a few cards from the set over the years and need to track them down.

That's Pokey's younger brother "Smokey".

I'm not trying to make a cute joke or anything, it seriously is Pokey's younger brother Stan, who went by Smokey.
