Kevin - So sorry to hear about this. Please, please don't hesitate if you need anything at all.

First of all thanks everyone from the bottom of my heart..

Since she has been fighting this disease for 14 years, it makes me happy to know she is no longer in pain.. We could tell the last few weeks that time was getting near and parts of her body were starting to shut down. Her dad, aunt, and cousin all had it and passed away from it, so we knew what was happeing.. Her mom was up here everyday and my family was coming over pretty frequently as well..

To those of you who know what/how Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy works you can by pass this..

Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy | MDA

The enzymes that rebuilds your muscles when you go to work out.. she didn't have those. So your muscles in the Limb/Girdle area slowly atrophy due to not being able to regenerate and since your heart, lungs, and diaphram are all muscles, they get weaker over time..

She had a great sense of humor and as some of you know, she also had the midas touch when it came to openeing boxes of cards for me..

I'm sure that it hasn't sunk in yet, and I'm guessing it will these next few days..

I probably will be on from time to time until I get back to normal, but once again thanks for all your support in this trying time..

Take care god bless and kiss your wife/girlfriend and let them know you love them and if they ask what was that for, tell them Kevin told you to do it and why..

I'm sorry man, I have had quite a few friends with LG pass away, it's always difficult because the majority of the time it's right out of the blue. If you need someone to talk to send me a message.
