Premier INFO and Logos?

I know UD was inserting premiers into UD football as case hits for they might not make premier. I picked up a Mccoy that way.. However does anyone know if Premier was to make logos this year as well or think this is custom. I see no numbering..

Looks like a custom to me. Isn't that one of the Rookie Premier cards that come in those boxed sets?
