Premiere Rookie Set?

Hey guys, just getting back into the hobby...Up until a couple of years ago, UD Exquisite was the way to go for a player's premier rookie card. I know Upper Deck lost licensing or something along those lines, so I was wondering what the new set was for top tier rookie cards? For players like Kyrie Irving, it doesn't seem like he has a single one.

Top of the line is National Treasures, but panini didn't produce rookies in any of their sets last year which is why Irving is hard to find. They are doubling up this years releases with last year and this years rookie classes. That's why you'll start seeing some Irvings available.
