Cespedes isn't in Bowman with a Chrome auto. He will only have a base paper auto as a redemption.

I don't see how this is going to dampen the realized prices that his Bowman Autos get around release. The desirability of Cespedes cards and the resulting associated prices have already been demonstrated through his other releases that are already on the market.

What are you basing your call for tempered expectations on?

Maybe he is referring to his on field production more than his card values? That said: it's funny how those sometimes don't walk hand in hand...at least as first...

Just make sure you open up your eBay international settings to allow for the huge influx in wealthy Cuban bidders.

My guess for the redemption would be around $50 or $60 as of right now. I'd think something similar to Pineda's paper auto last year.
