whats do you all think about a prime cuts team break?

it would be a little pricey per slot. $87 a slot

each box is loaded

What is the standard box break/case break?

With 30 possible teams and only about 10 with "big hit" potential, it's fairly long odds across the boards for a team break...but I may just bite depending on the box/case break potential.

sounds like a cool idea to me, but there are what, 5 cards a pack? how many packs/boxes to a case?

its a gamble. if i could afford it, i'd be all over it...sounds like a fun/exciting gamble.

maybe, not include the base cards, but have a random drawing on which GU/auto a person gets in a certain order...example:

1st gu/auto pulled goes to person #1
2nd gu/auto pulled goes to person #2
3rd gu/auto pulled goes to person #3....and so on.

it just depends on how they fall per pack...just go in order of how it comes out per pack

That would be 1 tough sell.

$87 for maybe 3 base cards or inserts /1500 if that team isnt one of the jerseys or autos.

Something like this would be the way to go. Doing it by team would be terribly disproportionate for a product like this. Fill the slots - maybe 25 - then randomize the order and just distribute the hits as they come up. As long as everyone knows the pecking order and you record the break, it would be fair for everyone. If it's truly 5 hits per pack (I assume by "hits" you mean gu/auto), with 25 participants, everyone would end up with three hits from the 15 pack case. I'm guessing you figured your $87 price assuming 30 participants so that would probably move the buy-in up a little, but with a product like this it would probably be fun to take a shot even at $105.

I'd be interested in doing a hit break. Maybe do what blowoutcards is doing by breaking up slots into hits like $40 a hit and one person would get base/inserts for boxes 1-3, and another person would get boxes 4-6, etc.

If I do it, I will start selling slots tomorrow. $90 a slot, 30 slots = $30 teams.


for a card that has 2 to 4 guys on it, the 1st player will be used to determine which team gets that card.
