wolfmanalfredo said:I thought that was classless, but can't expect any better from Fielder. He's a great ballplayer and I've actually seem him hustle for a fatty, but he does classless things such as: getting in brawls with his teammates, approaching the opposing teams clubhouse pretending like he wants to fight, excessive celbration. I just don't want baseball to turn into the celebration fest football has become.

You can relate anything back to the yankees and how unfair it is to be the greatest franchise in baseball history. Get over it, people dislike those that they are jealous of.

I can see people getting mad at the shirt untucking the brewers did all of last year, but it's not anything to get all bent about. Bat flips, dugout stares, shaving cream pies, cartwheels - it's tough to draw a line on what's acceptable, and I haven't seen anything offensive to me yet. This is an emotional game, after all.
People got mad when a walkoff celebration by the cardinals spilled to the pitchers mound before the opposing team was off the field. Big deal!
What's next, fireworks? Oh snap, everyone already blows off fireworks. Those are noisy and distracting - and you can't miss em. Probably makes the losing team feel bad too.
Someone should write a letter.

But what if the player reeeeally hustles out of the box?

Well, if he's short and white, he'll be lauded for his scrapiness and willingness to do anything to help his team win.
