He was the high bidder for a Orange chrome refractor 9.5 and according to feedback paid right away. He also left positive feedback on the buy.

I did, but there were a number of issues. I had the item end the evening before Thanksgiving, and in middle of the listing I blocked the above bidder (canceling his bids) and then reallowed him to bid after deciding I would be willing to deal with him. The combination of factors helped keep the price down (the price was higher than the final price before I cancelled his bids.) He ended up winning, and then sent many emails with all sorts of comments about taunting about the final (he sent emails with links to other listings that did better etc.) and making comments about the Post Office and what he will do if the card does not show up on time. Then he started demanding that I help him sell the cards for a major profit.
