Sorry to disappoint, but no, it isn't a prospect card nor a super cool memorabilia / auto card.
Also I know there's a pickup thread but as I don't buy much at all, less in these price ranges I decided it deserved its own post.
Also this auto gets me closer to my ultimate project of having an autograph of every Mexican born player to play in MLB. When I get this it will be no. 101 out of 111. 4 of the 10 missing are newer guys who shouldn't be that hard, two are kinda new so actually four are the real hard ones I will be missing. But I have wanted an autograph of him for so long, because they aren't super rare, but those 70s auto collectors or Yankees fan always drive the prices very high.
He died 17 years ago at the age of 48 so I couldn't let more chances of getting the auto pass by.

With shipping and insurance this was $75 (damn economy, it resulted in $1000 pesos, 6 months ago it would have been 750)

Thanks for all the comments guys. They have made it easier to reassure that it was worth it the amount I spent.

great card!! Must be tough to find one of those these days

Thanks. Actually not that tough, I've seen a couple pass by. Because he played two seasons in MLB and this is the card of his first the season there's a chance of finding his auto with some patience and of course, money.
The problem is: because, sadly, he died young and he was a Yankee, the prices are very high for a player that wasn't very good or prominent in MLB.

There was a long shot that I could help, but alas I cannot. Good luck and keep us updated with any pickups.

I already have the guys in the set, but some are kinda rare, so any chance you have: Andres Mora, Aurelio Lopez, Enrique Romo or Carlos Lopez?
There's a couple more but I have a few of them already.

Thanks for the help

Thanks for the heads up. I definitely need to get some Aceves cards to sent him as I don't think he'll return to Mexican Winter League in a while.
I wouldn't know where to mail Sandoval right now as his been in the minor league DL for a while, but I'll wait for him to be back playing in Salt Lake City.
I tried Velasquez in an address I had from Harvey's book, don't remember if it is 2006 or 2007 and I didn't have luck.
