congrats and Good luck! I'm currently working on a 1965 Topps set signed and my biggest advice is just to have patience. I've seen 5-6 Koufax auto sell for a little over a hundred to well over a hundred and I just won one for under $80 after 2+ years of working on it. Also a SCN member is having a private signing with Stan the Man in March and his prices are the cheapest they will get and are definintely cheaper than buying 1 already signed off the bay(Over the past 2 years I've sent in 4 of his Rookies to be signed), if you would like the info
