PSA Grading for non-members questions.

Looking at getting a couple cards graded via PSA. I am currently not a PSA member, nor do I have any desire to join. But, I was wondering what the best route was to go to submit 5-10 cards to them.

Do they typically run specials for first-time graders?

Is the longest turn-around time they have 20-days?

Any other pointers?
