I don't know if they still do this but I think PSA used to have something on their site that stated people around the country that would do the group submissions. This was about 6-7 years ago though so I have no idea if it's still there.

What about that coupon in the Prominent Cuts boxes, do those allow you to submit without being a member?

I know as of a year ago, if you had a Gift Cert. you didn't need a membership to use it. Unsure if this still hold true. Bet it does.
