I had one card in the submission. One of my best cards I own. I basically have been trying to collect the entire 1991 Chipper Jones rc's in a PSA 9 or 10. I almost have the set completed and this was my final card! I wont be able to afford another Tiffany anytime soon. I thought this was a sure graded 9 or better too. Pretty upset and this whole situation has pretty much killed my love of the hobby.

1991 Chipper Jones Topps Tiffany RC : Value $75

This is the saddest part for me. I'm sorry bud this happened to you. Don't let it ruin the hobby for you. Man, I hope this works out for everyone. One of the more shocking turn of events in FCB history. Good luck.

I have nothing in this sub. But I have read everything as it seems to be turning into a very big episode.

My one question is this. A couple people have mentioned that they have talked to him, or been contacted by him, even if it's just an email. One of the mods mentioned contact back in Dec I think too. Most recently now, steve-a-reno.

If he can take 5 minutes to email someone about a Secret Santa or whatever, why can't he take the same 5 minutes to instead, email a mod on the site where he has thousands of dollars worth of many other people's cards to just say, "hey, I know I got these people's cards, some stuff happened, and they'll get them back soon."?

If he's really in a predicament, anything would suffice for some peace of mind. The total lack of ALL direct communication with a single owner of an involved card or mod is incredibly shady. Why couldn't he have, at the same time as steve, sent the same info to a mod about what had happened?

Life problems or not, he apparently has the ability at random times to send emails. Contact someone involved in your 3 month overdue thousand dollar business deal already!

Sure, personal life is personal life, but he's dealing with a lot of other people's money and property here.

If it's truly a matter of having too much to handle, and everything's on the up and up, and he's just overwhelmed...I'm sure he could just mail the entire lot of cards, once they are back, to a mod all in one lot, and I'm sure they would get returned to their rightful owners. That way he wouldn't have to deal with a bunch of individual mailings, or whatever the problem is.

If they haven't even been sent in yet, then do the same. Just email them all back to one, central mod or someone so they can get sent back to their owners.

Good luck to all who are, at this point, impatiently waiting. I hope you all get your cards back, graded or not.

Unfortunately, the almost nil lack of communication at this point just seems criminal with this much money/cards involved.

I feel like if you pay with Paypal as a gift you have no recourse?
So whoever did that was smart.. As a long time submitter to PSA
it can take forever for these types of submissions. If it was straight
1975 Topps it takes a couple days but with all different makes and models
it takes forever. I wouldn't give up hope yet.
