I am sorry guys but this guy just seems to have an arrogance like his is the sh*t. He has a LONG way to go before being on a level where he has to ignore fans all the time.

I personally hope he fails.

I submitted 3 Harper balls at a in store authentication and they all looked worse then yours and all passed :?
But I feel your frustration, I recently submitted an Ichiro auto and a Heyward Aflac Auto for authentication and both failed and I got them IP. Questionable judgement indeed

Sort of derailing the point of the thread, but all that legalese you sign on your submission form means NOTHING to your credit card (other than the fact you signed for the service). All that legal jargon is for litigation purposes if you needed to battle PSA through the judicial system, not for chargebacks. Credit card companies have their own system and could care less what you signed, though the mere fact you did sign does hurt you. At the end of the day you are the customer to the credit card company, not PSA, so you have an advantage.

All that said, it would probably be pretty unethical to do a chargeback in this specific instance.

Actually by adding a total on the form you are giving them permission to charge your credit card. I forgot to add the total and they emailed me explaining the legal portion about having the total on the form.

I have stuff slabbed for my pc, not for authentication reasons but for protection. Just cards, index cards and 8x10's. Just incase my son runs into financial issues, it will help him sell them faster and getting him more money. That and protection like said, my four year old son likes holding cards and auto balls. So it protects them when he does, most might not let there kids do this. But he enjoys them and will.learn to appreciate stuff more.

But you won't win a cc claim and like you been told, call Orlando and explain the situation. I'm sure he will oblige, after all he wants your future business. It took twice as long for authenticating three cards of mine. I emailed them and was nice, three free grading certificates and they over nighted the cards back. You have to realise that the national backed them up, over worked eyes could be the reason. Plus you know they're real and plan on.keeping them. I'm lost as to your anger and the actions you wanna take.

Next time, know what you're paying for. They take your money whether or not one of their interns says the item is legit or not.

When I get stuff signed at games, I always make sure I get game tickets to go with the autograph. It makes it more legit IMO.

This doesn't guarantee that the autograph will come back authentic. You could have a thousand pictures and that still doesn't mean squat. Proof shots are easy to fake.
