PSA slabbed what appears to be a faked Lincecum auto on a "proof" refractor

2007 Bowman Chrome Refractor autos were all serial numbered to 500. This card has no serial numbering, plus the auto looks way off from Timmy's autos on his other 2007 cards.

Out-of-the-pack autos from 1998-on don't need to go through PSA/DNA.

I talked to Joe and Cosetta about these several years back. Since they are post 1998 cards their concern is the card not the signature.

Then a 9 is clearly too high for a card someone scribbled on.

PSA investigated it and concluded that it was indeed an error on their part to slab this card.
