PSA slabbed what appears to be a faked Lincecum auto on a "proof" refractor

2007 Bowman Chrome Refractor autos were all serial numbered to 500. This card has no serial numbering, plus the auto looks way off from Timmy's autos on his other 2007 cards.

These have been under question forever. I can remember these coming up several times during my tenure here.

Old member darocker probably knows a bit about this.

Backdoored unnumbered unsigned refractors. Several have been forged and stabbed

PSA case is real. But PSA can only grade the card in red label unless u pay extra to add DNA which only do authenticated. I would email Joe O to let his staff know the situation so they can correct their mistake or take this card out of system registry.

Out-of-the-pack autos from 1998-on don't need to go through PSA/DNA.

I talked to Joe and Cosetta about these several years back. Since they are post 1998 cards their concern is the card not the signature.
