Pujols Patch Identification Help

Can anybody tell me what part of a Cardinals uniform this Pujols patch could have come from? I know you guys are good at this... I can't figure it out.

Looks like part of a sleeve patch...commemorative or otherwise.

Ask card company? I'm sure they keep detailed records of buying a Pujols jersey. That would cost thousands of $ and Albert only sells his game used stuff though his charity. So I'm sure they will also be able to post the Foundation letter that came with the jersey.
