+1. I would throw a massive tantrum. How do they not have a person there who is "authorized" to sign for their packages at the moment the mail arrives?! That's absurd

Update.
Talked to BGS twice today, and USPS.

BGS didn't say why no one accepted it. They kept dodging my inquiry why it wasn't signed for.

USPS said that BGS has to call themselves to have it re-delivered.

BGS says it's their policy to not call USPS or have someone go retrieve it.
They did say they have an agreement with USPS that they have 2 delivery attempts per day.

No new update on my tracking. Still pretty pissed.

That's one BS policy... Won't retreive packages at the PO? Talk about sheer laziness. Don't they have a PO Box?

Crazy thing is, both times I was talking to BGS, they had it.
Just was too lazy to check fully. ::facepalm::

Glad it was just a miscommunication. Yes, USPS.com doesn't update its database on the fly.

I originally said "I love RIPKEN...-producing Harper!" I take that back...and instead say "I love RIPKENs you'll end up getting!"

Not a fan of Harper...yet.
