If I was a scumbag, I would have just filed an item not received claim since they sent it without any confirmation.

I agree with this. I've gotten about 5 PWE's in the last few months and each arrived without issue (other than charging me 3 or 4 dollars to ship and only spending about 75 cents to get the cards to me).

The PWE isn't the issue. The issue is the lack of protection. I appreciate the sarcasm, but at the same time, figured someone may like to know that this seller uses a certain shipping tactic.
