Quality Referrals

I see there's a new category on the left-hand side beneath our user names, auctions, etc, entitled Quality Referrals.

How does one use this new option? I could use some, and would gladly do the same for others.

Post counts are now clickable too. Lets you search someones posts without hitting profile first.
